Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Honey Bee IPTV will take the following steps:

Acknowledge receipt of the notice and review it for completeness and validity.
Investigate the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner.
Notify the user or content provider whose material has been removed, providing them with a copy of the takedown notice and information about filing a counter-notification.
Document the notice and all actions taken for our records.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notifications should be sent to help@honeysbeeiptv.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification."

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Honey Bee IPTV will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

Honey Bee IPTV maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account and access to our services without prior notice or refund. We track all takedown notices and counter-notifications to enforce this policy consistently.

How do I file a DMCA takedown notice with Honey Bee IPTV? +

Email your notice to help@honeysbeeiptv.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." How long does Honey Bee IPTV take to respond to a DMCA notice? +

We aim to acknowledge every valid takedown notice within two (2) business days. What happens after a counter-notification is filed? +

Does a DMCA notice get a subscriber's account terminated? +

One valid notice does not automatically terminate an account. Honey Bee IPTV maintains a repeat-infringer policy: users who receive multiple valid takedown notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice or refund. We track every notice and counter-notification to apply that policy consistently.

Is Honey Bee IPTV responsible for third-party content on the platform? +
