Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Honey Bee IPTV will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

Honey Bee IPTV maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate their account and access to our services without prior notice or refund. We track all takedown notices and counter-notifications to enforce this policy consistently.

DMCA Questions, Answered

Email your notice to help@honeysbeeiptv.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." It must include the six elements listed above: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and where it appears, your full contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Notices missing any of these elements may not be processed.
Both go to the same designated agent: help@honeysbeeiptv.com. Use "DMCA Takedown Notice" for an infringement report and "DMCA Counter-Notification" if you believe your content was removed by mistake. One inbox handles both so nothing gets lost between departments.
We aim to acknowledge every valid takedown notice within two (2) business days. After review, we investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in a timely manner, then notify the affected user with a copy of the notice and information about filing a counter-notification.
We forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion. Sending a counter-notification means you consent to the jurisdiction described in the policy above.
One valid notice does not automatically terminate an account. Honey Bee IPTV maintains a repeat-infringer policy: users who receive multiple valid takedown notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice or refund. We track every notice and counter-notification to apply that policy consistently.
